3. No-Shows & Late Arrivals

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
• Transaction fees or bank charges are non-refundable.

5. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

• If a tour or attraction is canceled due to extreme weather conditions or operational issues, we will offer a full refund or an alternative date.
• Refunds will not be issued for minor weather conditions such as light rain.
