2. Ticket Format & Usage

• Your ticket(s) will be sent as a PDF attachment or a QR code that can be scanned at the venue.
• Please ensure you provide a valid email address during checkout.
• You may need to present a valid ID matching the booking details at the venue.

3. Issues with Ticket Delivery

• If you experience any delays or do not receive your ticket(s), please contact us immediately via:

4. No Physical Shipping
